Job description

Production Waste Analyst
This is a Full Time (ONSITE) position at the Goodyear, AZ Factor production facility
The Production Waste Analyst role is focused on waste identification and mitigation within Factor's Kitchen, Production and Fulfillment areas. You will be monitoring inventory utilization, flagging at-risk product, and partnering with onsite operators to reduce waste before it occurs.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory positions and product utilization across Kitchen, Production & Fulfillment areas to identify waste risk in real time
  • Coordinate with onsite operators and internal logistics team to intervene on at-risk inventory - including near-expiry product, excess stock, and slow-moving SKUs
  • Track and document waste events across the Kitchen, Production and Fulfillment areas, including root cause and resolution
  • Support waste projection modeling by providing accurate, timely data on inventory status across external sites
  • Analyze waste trends and surface patterns to the Waste Manager
  • Maintain inventory data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems; flag discrepancies promptly
  • Partner with the onsite Operators and DC Waste Manager on network-level waste reduction initiatives
  • Contribute to regular waste reporting cadences with data

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics - preferably with exposure to food production environments
  • Comfort navigating external partner relationships and working in settings without direct site authority
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control principles
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
