As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Our 83-bed skilled nursing facility in Warren, OH, is dedicated to providing high-quality care and friendly, warm, and compassionate service to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and serving patients as needed
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including their living areas and common spaces
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Have a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and situations
