While Wasabi Restaurant refers to the establishment offering Japanese cuisine, a Sushi Chef is a specialized culinary professional responsible for preparing sushi within such restaurants. The main difference lies in the role: Wasabi Restaurant is the venue, whereas Sushi Chef is a skilled employee working there. Both roles often require food safety certifications, but Sushi Chefs need specific culinary training in sushi techniques. Understanding this distinction helps job seekers and customers differentiate between the restaurant as a business and the specialized roles within it.
