A growing Warranty Claims processing company is growing its office team and is looking for a Warranty Claims Processing clerk to join its team. The ideal candidate must have excellent data entry skills and be proficient with the Microsoft office suite, especially Excel.
The position is full time in the office. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform research and reviews on all warranty claims and process them according to warranty policy.
  • On time communication with team and making sure all warranty can be processed according to warranty policy.
  • Processing all warranty claims are making sure that it is processed on time.
  • Maintain projected Queue of warranty claims.
  • All warranty email communication need to be on time.
  • Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements via email and phone.
  • Assist Authorized Service Centers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
  • Assist RSM and other managers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
  • Monitor all warranty inquiries and make sure it is processed according to policy.
  • Supervise/review all information updated on database and make sure it is correct.
  • Maintain knowledge on various warranty programs by active participation in education programs.
  • Ensure B2B relationship satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
  • Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
  • Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to warranty policy.
  • Manage all warranty claims, re-direct claims of required and ensure appropriate action.
  • Maintain warranty records and information.
  • On time phone communication ensuring not to have dropped call.
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of data entry and customer service experience
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Proficient with email and Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Qualified candidate must have reliable form of transportation.
