Job description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a third party logistics (3PL) provider that specializes in warehousing, fulfillment, and other logistics services and offerings. We are hiring warehouse associates (with forklift knowledge) for their Eagan, MN location.
The Warehouse Associate position for our customer's busy, client-focused warehouse requires dependability and organization to handle day-to-day duties with a focus on efficiency and time management. This position is responsible for all general warehouse functions including (but not limited to) janitorial needs, quality control, forklift operations, and other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

  • (3) different shift options
  • 3:00am - 11:00am
  • 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Overtime as needed
  • $18.00-$19.00/hr
Warehouse Associate Duties:
  • Manages and maintains labeling compliance
  • Pack finished parts into boxes according to customer specifications
  • Taping, labeling, and placing boxes on pallets/skids
  • Ensures all product leaving the packing area is top quality and condition
  • Case picking, stretch wrapping pallets, unwrapping cases
  • Check pick sheets
  • Load/unload
  • Verify and match BOLs
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, twist, push, pull, etc throughout entirety of shift
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good organizational skills
  • Must be 18 or older
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Basic forklift knowledge/experience
