We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a growing Supply Chain team supporting the manufacturing of life-saving medical devices. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (Overtime Available)
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of raw materials and supplies.

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.

Process inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS/QAD).

Transfer materials to Receiving Inspection and stock inventory after release.

Pick, kit, and stage materials to support manufacturing work orders.

Prepare domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation.

Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, and other logistics providers.

Retrieve finished goods to fulfill customer and distribution orders.

Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.

Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications

2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience.

Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Experience preparing domestic and/or international shipments.

Familiarity working with common carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies.

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse materials.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
