Description:

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help ensure products move safely, efficiently, and accurately through our facility. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coaching employees, and driving continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, stocking, and order fulfillment.
  • Create and manage weekly labor schedules.
  • Assign work and ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain employee accountability.
  • Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and free of damage.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Maximize warehouse space through proper organization and consolidation.
  • Ensure the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • At least 2 years of forklift experience.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math and inventory management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and quality standards.

Physical Requirements
