What are some common challenges faced by warehouse workers, and how can they be managed effectively?

Warehouse workers often encounter challenges such as managing time efficiently during busy periods, maintaining accuracy when picking and packing orders, and adhering to strict safety protocols. To manage these challenges, many warehouses provide thorough training, use technology like inventory management systems, and encourage teamwork to distribute workloads evenly.
