Role Description:
As a Warehouse Specialist at BWT, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include operating sit-down forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts to transport, load, unload, and stack materials or products within the warehouse facility.
  • Maneuver forklifts in narrow aisles, tight spaces, and congested areas, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring proper placement and securing of materials.
  • Follow established stacking procedures to optimize warehouse space.
  • Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying and matching received goods against purchase orders or delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
