Job description

NOTE: This role is an evening-only, part-time position. Applicants must be available to work 6pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday to be considered.

About Doneboard: Doneboard is a fast-growing, tech-enabled logistics provider specializing in IT Asset Management. We partner with major enterprise platforms to handle the physical logistics of corporate devices—receiving, wiping, configuring, cleaning, and shipping hardware for companies nationwide. We are launching a newly redesigned, high-velocity facility in Clovis and are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team.

The Role: 2nd Shift Warehouse Support is a Part-time, Evenings-only shift which supports the primary daytime operation by preparing inventory for processing the night before.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and preparing inventory for processing by the daytime crew
  • Complete tasks pending from daytime crew
  • Prepare daytime workstations
  • Keep warehouse and daytime workstations organized and clean

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail—you will be handling expensive, sensitive enterprise equipment daily.
  • Comfortable using tablet-based interfaces to scan barcodes and navigate inventory software.
  • Self-driven and able to achieve daily tasks without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in past experiences (work or personal).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions (scanning, cleaning, opening/packing boxes), and lift/move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
