We produce all of our printed apparel in our production facility in Michigan & with 173,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 250+ employees. We consistently rank in the top 10 largest screen printers by volume in the U.S. and are one of the fastest growing online clothing retailers.
We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our 22 store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to train as a press operator at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse!
We work in a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and quick thinking.
This position starts at $16 an hour with the opportunity for advancement. We provide on the job, paid training!
First Shift is Monday through Friday, 7a-3p. Second Shift is Monday through Friday, 3p-11p. Optional overtime available.
Responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
  • Helping with the loading of daily deliveries
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Sorting and assigning inventory to a bin system
  • Organization of packing lists and bills of lading
  • Retrieving orders from inventory to be sent into production
  • Responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to avoid damage.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, sorting, and organizing orders.
  • Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety.

  • This position requires punctuality, problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to work on their feet all day, have the ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., and be able to work independently.
  • Must possess strong work ethic and ability to operate with limited supervision.
