Job description

Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist the parts department with routine audits, parts organization, and tracking.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 5:30am-2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
  • The Shipping & Receiving Specialist ships deliver and receive parts orders.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Communication must be clear and concise.
  • Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts, recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintaining special order bins.
  • Check-in Daily orders from the manufacturer, incoming freight from UPS, FED-EX, Etc.
  • Process monthly returns to the manufacturer.
  • Work with Wholesale parts representatives in managing incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Maintain a detailed delivery log when handling returns and funds.
  • Assist in Physical Parts Inventory annually.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Immediately notify the parts manager of damaged parts or shortages.
  • Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily, and maintain a clean parts department.
  • Maintain a clean delivery vehicle. Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
  • Be able to stay on task and work independently. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Warehouse or shipping and receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proven communication skills. and excellent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Flexible schedule/able to work Saturdays.
  • Clean driving record, this is a driving position.
