Shipping & Receiving Associate (Multiple Openings)
Location: Tacoma, WA (Frederickson area)
Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with frequent overtime up to 5:00 PM)
Occasional Saturdays (typically 8-hour shifts based on volume)
No Sundays
Employment Type: Temp (Temp-to-Hire for strong performers)

Job Overview
We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a clean, newly established warehouse facility in the Tacoma / Frederickson area. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.
We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable with overtime and enjoy working in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders inside the warehouse
Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
Support daily production and shipping deadlines
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Requirements
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred
Inventory experience is a plus
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout shift
Comfortable with overtime and occasional Saturdays
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Must wear appropriate warehouse attire:
Long pants
Closed-toe shoes (steel toe or composite preferred)
No loose clothing or hazards near equipment
