Kelly Services is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a leading manufacturing company in West Chicago, IL near Carol Stream, IL. In this role, you'll support warehouse and logistics operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with material movement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and effectively (when qualified)
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Organize warehouse materials and storage locations

  • Assist with other warehouse and production support duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • Prior sit-down forklift experience is a plus
