Job description

We are a staffing agency seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join and work on-site at one of our warehouse/logistics clients The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills. Not remote. This is a 100% in-warehouse role. we will provide full training.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email, and chat.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Outlook.) to document communications and generate basic reports as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with team members, floor supervisors and the logistics team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English & Spanish (bilingual).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior customer service experience (warehouse/logistics preferred).
  • Strong written/verbal communication and organization skills.
  • Verifiable documentation to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse.
