Job description

Role: LTS Support
This is a 100% onsite support role within a warehouse/distribution centre environment. Physical presence at the site is mandatory for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, to provide hands-on IT support and ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities
· Manage desktop devices (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
· Provide IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) and deskside support services.
· Deliver break-fix support for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
· Support and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and standard office applications throughout their lifecycle.
· Perform desktop configuration, software deployment, and hardware replacement activities.
· Manage desktop devices remotely using approved enterprise management tools.
· Analyse Service Desk incidents and identify opportunities for user training and process automation.
· Ensure all devices are provisioned with the approved corporate desktop image.
· Monitor endpoint security compliance, including antivirus and security profiles, and remediate non-compliant devices.
· Maintain desktop asset inventory, user profiles, and workstation lifecycle activities.
· Provide VIP and executive deskside support as required.
· Act as the onsite IT point of contact when other support teams are unavailable.
Must Have Skills :
· Experience in Intune device enrolment, provisioning, Patch & policy management, and troubleshooting.
· Strong experience in handling issues related to Windows 11.
· Administrative experience with Active Directory.
· Experience in asset management, profile management, and smart hands & feet support.
· Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and software deployment activities.
· Experience working in a corporate IT support, Service Desk, or End User Computing (EUC) environment.
· Knowledge of workstation management and endpoint support best practices.
· Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, or equivalent.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and EUC support tools.
· Experience configuring and troubleshooting warehouse/distribution centre scanners based on approved KB articles and standard procedures.
· Good understanding of Zscaler VPN, Microsoft Teams, and mobile device support.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
· Understanding of spare stock, buffer stock, and inventory management processes.
