Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Delivery Driver Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and delivering HVAC materials and equipment to job sites and customer locations. This role requires regular work in the warehouse and safe operation of company vehicles and material-handling equipment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working primarily in a warehouse environment with periodic deliveries.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HVAC parts, materials, and equipment to customer and job site locations
  • Operate company vehicles including box trucks and stake-body trucks
  • Receive, verify, and put away incoming shipments
  • Pick, verify, pack, and stage orders for delivery or shipment
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation
  • Keep the warehouse, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety policies, DOT requirements, and OSHA regulations
  • Support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations)
  • Ability to safely operate box trucks and stake-body trucks
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and any required drug or alcohol screening
  • Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including one or more of the following:
    • Receiving
    • Picking and packing
    • Loading and unloading trucks
    • Forklift or other material-handling equipment operation
Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
