To be successful as the warehouse- receiving clerk you should be able to ensure efficient receiving processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies. Must possess organization and creative skills to develop solutions and procedures to efficiently coordinate warehouse duties. Previous Knowledge of HVAC parts a plus!

Requirements
  • Receiving and signing for deliveries. Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order.
  • Unloading deliveries from trucks.
  • Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists.
  • Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
  • Organizing and applying job identification labeling, storing received items in appropriate areas.
  • Work with purchasing manager in updating inventory with received items.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding delays or problems.
  • Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.
  • Manage company tool check out and check in.
  • Perform minor maintenance on tools and coordinate needed maintenance for larger tools and utility vehicles.
  • Keep warehouse and outside storage and parking areas clean and orderly.
  • Assist with truck stock and inventory.
  • Pick up materials and equipment, deliver to jobsites as needed.
  • Occasionally assist in sheet metal shop, some field operations, when needed.
  • Requires valid drivers' license. You must pass drug screen and background check.
