Quality Control Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team at Bev-Hub in Manhattan, KS, USA. As part of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our beverage manufacturing and co-packing services. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, products, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Develop and implement efficient and effective quality control procedures to meet customer and regulatory demands

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D to identify and resolve quality issues

  • Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality defects and process improvements

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control checks, testing, and results

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other regulatory requirements

  • Participate in process optimization and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality

Requirements:
