LMG is seeking a Lead Quality Control Technician to support warehouse operations and oversee video equipment quality, testing, preparation, and inventory readiness for conventions, corporate meetings, touring productions, broadcasts, and live events. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting technician development, optimizing workflows, and ensuring equipment is production-ready before deployment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Quality Control Technician, you will oversee warehouse quality control operations while supporting equipment readiness, team development, and operational efficiency.
โ€ข Team Leadership & Development - Mentor, train, and support warehouse technicians while promoting accountability, consistency, and technical growth
โ€ข Equipment Quality Assurance - Inspect, configure, test, and verify video and audiovisual equipment to ensure performance, safety, quality standards, and show readiness
โ€ข Show Prep & Workflow Coordination - Support event preparation, client demos, warehouse organization, and operational workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy
โ€ข Troubleshooting & Technical Support - Identify discrepancies, resolve equipment concerns, and support technical problem-solving across warehouse operations
โ€ข Inventory Oversight - Assist with inventory organization, storage, maintenance coordination, equipment tracking, and warehouse optimization efforts
โ€ข Warehouse Operations Support - Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and movement of equipment to support production schedules and logistics needs
โ€ข Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with warehouse, QC, logistics, and technical teams to support successful show execution and operational excellence
