Position Overview

Our Warehouse Supervisors help achieve world-class store performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth. Shipper/Receivers receive orders, process outgoing shipments, and help maintain the overall organization of the branch.  

What you’ll do:

  • Receive purchase orders and transfers and receives inter-company transfers
  • Process outgoing shipments of products via UPS or other delivery methods
  • Document and resolves discrepancies related to transfers and purchase orders
  • Stock product in correct warehouse location
  • Process customer orders and provides technical advice
  • Pull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customer
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Skills We Are Seeking
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
  • Landscape, Nursery, or Irrigation product knowledge is helpful
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
