What is a warehouse preloader?

Warehouse Preloaders are workers responsible for preparing shipments by loading and organizing packages onto delivery vehicles, typically during early morning or overnight shifts. Their main duties include scanning items, sorting packages according to destination, and ensuring that trucks are loaded accurately and efficiently. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly under time constraints.
