Job description

Warehouse Pre-loader - 3rd shift: Mid-night to 8:30 am or until finish. Monday - Friday (minimum 40hrs/week).
  • Preload is part of the Transportation team. You work in the Warehouse preparing wine cases to go out for delivery. You put together orders from a list, scan products for correct count by customer, prepare order for delivery and shrink wrap products to keep the order together, and place order to the correct zone - in preparation for the driver to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Read work orders and follow instructions
  • Identifying the orders for your respective area, organize and accurately put together orders on pallets
  • Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. consistently)
  • Shrink wrap pallets
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
  • Conduct all activities with a safety-first mindset

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable, motivated and team-oriented individual
  • Be able to consistently lift 35 lbs. to 45 lbs.
  • Knowledge of operating a RF Scanner is a plus
  • Ability to operate a pump jack is a plus
  • Able to read basic English and ability to understand packaging details and/or labels
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude
  • Strong collaborative communication skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and meet daily goals
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot on the warehouse floor
