Summary:
The Operations Coordinator on the Logistics Network Team will play an essential role in the oversight of Flowspace operations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role will be responsible for supporting the performance and operations of our regional warehouse partners by monitoring SLAs, supporting client communications and supporting Inventory Control initiatives. This role will be based at a warehouse partner in the either the Wind Gap, PA or Salunga-Landisville, PA area and will require a daily presence within warehouse locations. This will require regular travel between the two locations. 

What you'll do:

  • Manage relationships with operations personnel.
  • Track performance data and ensure SLAs are being met.
  • Triage and problem solve escalations as they arise, and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure warehouse partners meet Flowspace quality criteria.
  • Support client communication and requests.
  • Some invoice management and creation.

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • 2 or more years of logistics or supply chain experience
  • Past inventory control, fulfillment operations or account management experience
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Works efficiently and with a sense of urgency

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a startup environment

Other Helpful Things To Know:

  • Must be based in the Wind Gap, PA or Salunga-Landisville, PA with the ability to travel to the other location and Edison, NJ
  • Approx 20% travel for CSP visits - local & interstate, employee team gatherings, conferences and in person customer meetings. 
  • Must be able to operate traditional office equipment (i.e. laptop, keyboard, phone).
  • Must be able to work across multiple teams in a remote setting, across different time zones, within reasonable time frames/expectations.
  • Must be able to successfully manage a variety of virtual technology tools, to communicate and work in a remote environment (i.e. GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Miro)
The base salary range for this role is $65,000- $80,000 per year. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
