Job description

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for processing all inbound shipments same day if possible
  • Process outbound shipments 
  • Warehouse maintenance, organization and upkeep

Warehouse Associate Daily Activities:

  • Daily receipt of product 
  • Quality control — Levels of product inspection 
  • Verify print control in ERP system prior to receiving inventory 
  • Daily processing of RGAs 
  • Daily put away and replenishment of stock products 
  • Cycle counting - Daily 
  • Picking, Packing and Shipment of orders 
  • General warehouse maintenance and upkeep 
  • Operation of Forklift — pulling product from high shelving and loading and unloading trucks. 
  • Lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Warehouse Associate Weekly Activities:

  • Review supplies — boxes / tubes / tape / etc.
  • Warehouse In Process Queue 
  • Over 14 Day RGA notification to Operations Leaders 
  • Work order/light assembly & kitting projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
