Job description

Multi-Channel Fulfillment  |  Sole Suppliers
Hanover, MD 21113    Full-Time   $19.00-$22.00/hr (DOE)

About the Role
Sole Suppliers is a fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment operation shipping across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Temu. We're looking for an experienced warehouse associate who takes pride in accuracy and speed — someone who's done this before and knows the difference between "busy" and "productive."
This isn't an entry-level role. We need someone who can hit the ground running, catch their own mistakes before they become returns, and help set the standard for a growing team.

What You'll Do
●      Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately across multiple sales channels (Amazon FBM, eBay, Walmart,                    TikTok Shop, Temu)
●      Operate label printing equipment (Zebra industrial printers) and generate accurate packing slips
●      Perform quality control checks — verify item, quantity, and condition before every shipment
●      Maintain inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counts and system updates
●      Identify and flag process bottlenecks or errors before they compound
●      Train and mentor newer team members as the team grows

What We're Looking For
●      1-2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience (e-commerce/multi-channel experience a              strong plus)
●      Comfortable with scanning equipment, basic WMS/inventory software, and label printers
●      Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss
●      Reliable attendance and a self-starter mentality; we're not looking for someone who needs to be told what
        to do next
●      Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for a full shift
●      A track record (references welcome) of speed and accuracy — not one at the expense of the other

What We Offer
●      Competitive pay above local market average — we pay for experience and reliability
●      Growth potential as we scale — this is a company building out real systems and structure, not just                         headcount
●      A team environment where doing the job right is valued and noticed

To Apply
Send your resume and a brief note on your warehouse/fulfillment experience to scott@distributionsole.com. Prior experience with high-volume, multi-channel order fulfillment is preferred.
