Job description

Capital Electric Supply has an opening for a Warehouse Administrator – Inbound at our Upper Marlboro, MD, location. This role provides administrative support to warehouse Outbound operations by ensuring accurate documentation, system entry, communication, and follow up. The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling strong service to our branches and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Receiving Manager with daily receiving administrative activities.
  • Process all receiving paperwork per company standards.
  • Maintain accurate PO, transfer, and delivery records.
  • Schedule carrier deliveries.
  • Create packing slips in Eclipse as needed.
  • Reconcile receiving and transfer reports.
  • Resolve receiving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate inbound documentation and follow safety standards
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors via email and phone


Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms (Eclipse preferred)
  • MHE (forklift) Experience and/or ability to become MHE certified preferred
