Job description

We are seeking a dependable Order Selector / Order Picker to join our warehouse Kitting Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and part numbers.


(Pay rate is $16.50/hr starting, $17.50/hr after successful 30-day performance evaluation)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pull and kit customer orders accurately using part numbers.
  • Assemble kits according to work instructions.
  • Read and identify part numbers and warehouse locations.
  • Use a computer for order processing and inventory tracking.
  • Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16".
  • Perform basic math and work with common fractions.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Lift, move, and organize materials weighing 50+ lbs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous warehouse, order picking, order selecting, kitting, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Strong basic math skills, including fractions.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
  • High School Diploma required (GED not accepted).
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Clean background required.
