Job description

Job Summary:
The Logistics Warehouse Associate is a mid-level position responsible for supporting all Warehouse, Shop, and Driver Department operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role includes assembling newly sold or refurbished office equipment, performing functional testing prior to delivery, and maintaining an organized, accurate, and safe warehouse environment.
Essential Functions:
  • Perform all receiving, warehouse order entry, and documentation activities; determine and record space allocations for all items received.
  • Receive new and used sales orders, prepare complete orders, and communicate order status with team members upon completion.
  • Assist with equipment assembly, configuration, and preparation in the Shop.
  • Perform hard drive replacements and securely erase data on lease-return equipment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and quarterly warehouse audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Professionally interact with internal and external customers.
  • Unbox equipment, assemble according to specifications, and install proper accessories.
  • Update and verify equipment firmware.
  • Test equipment to ensure full functionality prior to delivery.
  • Prepare completed units for shipment or delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse and shop areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid, clean state driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic technical aptitude, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic familiarity.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
