Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Position Summary:The Warehouse Specialist supports warehouse operations under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor by directing material workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to manufacturing. This role also ensures compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately verify, receive, and issue materials, chemicals, and WIP to and from manufacturing.
Maintain and update inventory records to reduce deviation, prevent loss, and ensure accuracy.
Verify packing slips, QA stamps, and Certificates of Analysis (COA); escalate discrepancies.
Manage Kanban inventory levels and reorder materials as needed in coordination with buyers.
Conduct facility, equipment, and forklift audits to maintain compliance with cGMP and OSHA.
Perform general warehouse duties including housekeeping, audits, and cycle counts.
Train team members on inventory systems, safety, forklift operation, and procedures.
Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and stretch wrappers.
Actively participate in departmental huddles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health & safety policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs.
Ability to work in warehouse settings (both climate-controlled and non-air-conditioned).
Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, crouching, and equipment handling.
Exposure to hazardous materials and chemicals in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
