Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading, unloading, and storing materials while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, product quality standards, and warehouse procedures. This position requires frequent lifting, operating forklifts, and working in varying temperature environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill customer orders by selecting products from pick tickets, arranging them on pallets, and preparing them for shipment
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to FIFO and warehouse location procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or nonconformities to supervisors
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Assist team members in warehouse activities as directed by supervisors
  • Follow all PPE, safety, and quality standards in daily operations
  • Other responsibilities as necessary.
