Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.
Job Description and Requirements for:
Condition Report Services Level 3
Summary of responsibilities:
This person is responsible for verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility. You are responsible for warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units. You are responsible for doing this safely and responsibly. You may be required to work overtime.
Basic Employee responsibilities:
โ€ข Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule.
โ€ข Always be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
โ€ข Company equipment and computers must be used for company purposes only.
โ€ข Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose.
โ€ข Dress appropriately to your job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse)
โ€ข Always pick up after yourself
โ€ข Keep your work area neat and clean.
โ€ข Always ask questions if you are unsure.
โ€ข Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift
โ€ข Responsible for scanning out vehicles during auction and delivery process on day of auction.
โ€ข Helping Dealers and other Employees as needed
Job specific responsibilities:
โ€ข Qualified to create inspections on Level 1 categories and can now complete inspections on Metric Cruiser, Domestic Cruiser categories.
โ€ข All inspections must be checked by the lead CR writer, Pro User, before being uploaded on new categories until lead CR writer has determined CR writer has mastered NEW categories.
โ€ข Required to be proficient with CR guidelines related to specific categories.
โ€ข Required to be proficient in CR definitions for these categories.
โ€ข Qualified to travel to other facilities to help when needed.
โ€ข 0 buy backs in 90 days is required for advancement.
โ€ข ~2 CR per hour average or ~16 day.
โ€ข Enter the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
โ€ข Check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS, (That's mechanical not the performance of)
โ€ข Verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
โ€ข Check all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
โ€ข Make comments as necessary during the condition reporting process.
โ€ข Tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
โ€ข Responsible for auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
โ€ข Always stow away electronics, computers and cameras, day of auction
โ€ข Always return company equipment before end of shift
โ€ข Always review past CR'S and QC as needed.
