Position Overview
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, quality control, and general warehouse organization.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Stage outbound freight shipments and coordinate with carriers.
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

Inventory Control
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned.
  • Assist with inventory transfers and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled and stored.

Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Prepare shipments for LTL and parcel carriers.
  • Verify shipping paperwork and order accuracy.
  • Assist with will-call pickups and local delivery preparation.
  • Complete on-site installation services as needed.
  • Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards before departure.

Quality & Organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Assist with warehouse projects and process improvements.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely, and comfortably team-lift larger, bulky items.
  • Comfortable operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and/or shipping portals.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
