Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Retail Operations Associate to join the Keeneland Shop team during peak times. This role is responsible for supporting daily E-commerce fulfillment operations, receiving and transferring merchandise to and from satellite locations while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Pick, pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify E-commerce platform
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures
  • Assist with receiving, processing and transferring merchandise to satellite locations
  • Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
  • Assist with customer service inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with E-commerce Operations Manager and Retail Marketing Manager on various E-Commerce & marketing needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
  • Follow company policies and warehouse procedures


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is a plus; Shopify experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move packages & bins up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and scanner/device proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
