Job description

Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial markets is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Position Details:

  • Plant Location: Beloit, WI
  • Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm & overtime, including Weekends, as necessary
  • Compensation Package Offered: $17.50 / hour


What You Will Do:

  • Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts; wrap and label shipments; deliver to assembly line, packing, or shipping areas.
  • Material Handling: Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.
  • Inventory & Recordkeeping: Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
  • General Operations: Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role


Physical Demands:

  • This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous plant or warehouse experience
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$17.50 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
