TRC Talent is looking for a Warehouse Lead for our client in Piedmont, SC
Job Details:
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • $25/hr+(based on experience)
  • Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations while assisting team members with priorities and workflow management.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery of materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely to move, load, unload, and stage products and materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials for quality, quantity, and accuracy against shipping documentation.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Train and support warehouse employees on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Work closely with production, shipping, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and maintain compliance with all warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Identify process improvements and help implement operational efficiencies where applicable.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-Down Forklift required).
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Experience using ERP systems, including NetSuite and Oracle required.
  • Strong inventory control and material management experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory records, and work orders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse environments.
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
