Job description

A&C Plastics is a leader in the plastics industry, known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to getting the job done right. We're looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver (Class C, Non-CDL) to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence.
No CDL required - you'll be driving small company trucks, not big rigs.
Schedule & Benefits

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Location: Schiller Park, IL
  • Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed
What Winning Looks Like
  • Pull, load, deliver, and unload customer orders
  • Drive local delivery routes in non-CDL company trucks
  • Provide outstanding customer service with every delivery
  • Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Package orders and support warehouse operations
  • Assist will call customers
  • Solve problems on the spot and ensure deliveries run smoothly
What We're Looking For
  • Must be 20+ years old
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check (MVR will also be checked)
  • Delivery Driving experience is required (Class C, non-CDL)
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
  • Dependable with excellent attendance (attendance is a BIG deal here!)
  • Strong work ethic - focused, not easily distracted
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and energized by serving others
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
