Description
The Four Hands Warehouse is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role will act as front desk for our main warehouse (light foot traffic) and provide support to the Warehouse Operations team.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6PM-3AM

In This Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Management
  • Perform data entry, create spreadsheets, and compile reports
  • Make presentations with Powerpoint
  • Process daily correspondences and business communications
  • Manage warehouse projects
  • Manage Front Door Operations Main Warehouse
  • Coordinate events, logistics, and execution at all Warehouse sites
  • Act as a liaison with the HR department for operational HR needs
  • Schedule conferences and arrange travel
  • Provide daily productivity data
  • Provide quality and inventory data (OBI reports/Double picks)
  • Assist with event and material distribution (meals, supplies, anniversaries)
  • Release waves to guns
  • Perform data entry, create spreadsheets and compile reports
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person
  • Associate's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Oracle/Netsuite experience a plus
  • Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Order entry and administrative experience a must
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
