Job description

Compensation Details:

Starting pay range of $15.92-$18.00 per hour

Our helpful faces in the warehouse provide amazing customer service in-aisle by walking customers to products, loading items into customer vehicles, assembling merchandise, downstocking shelves, and more. Warehouse specialist delight our customers at their homes when delivering merchandise or completing one of our many home services. Other critical tasks include stocking incoming deliveries, organizing the warehouse, merchandising displays, counting inventory and anything else needed to make Oakland Ace Hardware the most helpful hardware store on the planet.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time

Ability to learn about Oakland Ace Hardware products & services

Ability to climb ladders

Ability to carry over 80 pounds

Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manipulate small tools and hardware for product assembly

Availability on weekends

Working toward or have obtained a High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver License

Prior work experience preferred
