Job description

Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Merchandiser to join our team in Ketchikan, AK. As a Warehouse Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately received, organized, and displayed at customer locations. Responsibilities
  • Assist with checking in products at customer locations to ensure accurate delivery and inventory management
  • Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays, including rotating stock and removing unsalable products
  • Maintain backroom areas, coolers, and shelves in a neat and orderly condition
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with product check-in and stocking
  • Accurately pull orders for customer delivery
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules as needed to meet company and customer requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and merchandising operations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or merchandising roles preferred, but a willingness to learn is welcome
  • Familiarity with warehouse and merchandising processes is a plus
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and consistent performance
