About the Company
We are a fast-growing wholesale distributor of vape products, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco products serving licensed retailers across New Jersey and surrounding states. Operating in a highly regulated industry, we prioritize compliance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and fast order fulfillment.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with vape or tobacco industry experience to lead our Linden, NJ warehouse operations.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and SAP Business One inventory accuracy.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-SKU, high-volume distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure same-day or next-day order fulfillment
  • Manage inbound freight (LTL, FTL, parcel)
  • Maintain organized, secure warehouse layout
Inventory Control (SAP B1 Required)
  • Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Process GRPOs, deliveries, transfers, and returns in SAP Business One
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor high-value SKUs and shrinkage
Vape & Tobacco Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with NJ and federal tobacco regulations
  • Maintain proper storage of regulated products
  • Assist with documentation for audits and inspections
  • Manage lot tracking and recalls if needed
Team Leadership
  • Supervise 15 warehouse associates
  • Create, improve, and train staff on SOPs and compliance procedures
  • Schedule labor based on order volume
  • Conduct performance reviews and enforce KPIs
  • Promote warehouse safety standards
Qualifications

Required:
  • 3+ years Warehouse Management experience
  • Experience in vape, tobacco, nicotine, or other regulated product distribution
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One (Inventory Module required)
  • Experience managing warehouse teams
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and shrink prevention
  • Ability to work on-site in Linden, NJ
Preferred:
  • High-SKU distribution experience (7,000+ SKUs)
  • Barcode scanning/WMS experience
  • Lithium battery handling knowledge (disposables)
  • OSHA/safety compliance knowledge
  • Multilingual (English/Spanish/Arabic/Hindi/Urdu)
