The Warehouse Picker Packer is responsible for performing duties on and off the shipping line related to the stocking, picking, packing, confirmation, labeling, fulfillment, and processing of orders.

Earn It and Love It:


• Pay rate: $16.00 per hour + 10% shift differential = $17.60 per hour

• Steady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am



JOB SUMMARY

  • Learn and perform basic duties on shipping floor as directed, to include Direct to Consumer/ Courier and Picking, Packing, as well as VAS packaging and labeling
  • Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately
  • Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage
  • Ticket or label orders as specified
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift
  • Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
  • Assist with other distribution activities as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a time
  • Comfortable with basic math- adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
  • Experience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF), trash/cardboard compactors desired but not required. Must be willing to learn.
  • Prior experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts preferred but not required.
