Onsite Warehouse Supervisor

Location:

  • 1560 Stateline Rd., Southaven, MS 38654
  • 6195 Hwy 51, Horn Lake, MS 38637
  • (Locations are approximately 5 minutes apart. This role oversees both sites.)

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs). Weekend availability is required as needed.

Pay: $20.00โ€“$22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our workforce across two nearby distribution facilities. This role is responsible for managing attendance, employee performance, client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse staffing operations across two locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client management.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance.
  • Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and workforce assignments.
  • Utilize VMS/ATS systems to manage candidate and employee information.
  • Resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support operational needs, including weekend coverage when required.
