Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:00A to 6:00P
Supervise and coordinate work activities of a team of warehouse workers. Identify and resolve loading, delivery and scheduling problems. Organize, plan and implement warehouse solutions.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Schedule and direct the work activity for a group of warehouse workers.
    Organize, plan and implement warehouse solutions for assigned customers that utilize the best cost option to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve loading, delivery and scheduling problems through timely communication with customers, warehouse employees, vendors and other Ruan locations.
    Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Experience: 3 - 5 years
