Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of 3–5 warehouse associates in the Pull Team department.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure contracts are pulled accurately and on schedule.
  • Inspect all rental equipment before it leaves the warehouse to ensure it meets Element#39;s quality standards.
  • Verify quantities and item accuracy against rental contracts.
  • Oversee the cleaning, inspection, and proper repackaging of returned rental inventory before it is returned to stock.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse with clearly labeled and accessible inventory.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while maintaining accountability and productivity.
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelines to create a safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory condition and report damaged or missing items.
  • Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure all events are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Assist with inventory organization, warehouse projects, and process improvements.
  • Lead by example by working alongside the team during busy periods and large event preparations.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout an entire shift.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
