Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 1st shift

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and inventory functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing warehouse personnel, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and product movement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with food manufacturing or production is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure daily operational goals are met.
  • Oversee all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods between production and the warehouse.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and warehouse procedures comply with company standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Schedule workloads and prioritize tasks to meet production and customer deadlines.
  • Monitor warehouse safety and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with production, purchasing, and management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and increase productivity.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or warehouse management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience supervising warehouse personnel.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
  • Food manufacturing or cold storage experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
