Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to drive standardization, ensuring efficient and orderly processes that support organizational growth requirements.* **Business Coordination and Process Enhancement:** Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse operations, single-piece distribution, and reverse logistics. Manage end-to-end processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment. Analyze operational metrics to continuously refine workflows, boosting both storage efficiency and order processing capabilities.* **Team Leadership and Risk Management:** Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization. Develop localized staffing strategies to mitigate employment risks while enhancing team performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring stable warehouse operations.* **Resource Optimization and Service Excellence:** Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers. Enhance storage and distribution systems by coordinating multi-party resources to deliver superior localized services.
