As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to order fulfillment and distribution. Your expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving our business goals.

What you'll do: Oversee a team of warehouse associates Lead a culture in which safety is the highest priority Ensure all team members are properly trained to safely and effectively use equipment and machinery Maintain standard work documentation, training, attendance, overtime, and process adherence Continuously analyze and improve warehouse and company processes Perform and implement 5 Why analysis with warehouse associates to determine gaps Maintain an organized warehouse operation that focuses on housekeeping standards and apply 5S principles Prepare annual budgets Help build a team to support inbound, outbound, storage, kitting, repackaging, and staging for orders Assist in selecting and implementing warehouse management software to manage all warehouse activities and inventory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or related field 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and distribution 3+ years of experience managing and leading a staff in a warehouse environment Working knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Expertise with warehouse management software a pluse (e.g. SAP EWM, Oracle, etc.) Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities Required to lift material up to 45 lbs.
