Job description

Job Title: Production Operator - 3rd ShiftJob Description

Join our team as a Production Operator on the 3rd shift. You will begin in the Refit area, where your main tasks will include handling large paper rolls from the production line, measuring and verifying their length, and using machinery to make precise cuts. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as tape measure knowledge. Attendance is crucial, and adherence to our strict policy is expected.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery in the Refit area to process large paper rolls.
  • Measure and verify the length of paper rolls using a tape measure.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for cutting and adjustments.
  • Stand on feet for 8 - 10 hours per day during shifts.
  • Ensure machines remain operational to prevent downtime.
  • Participate in general production tasks such as packaging and inspection.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in a production line environment.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
  • Mechanically inclined with production experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ideally, 2 years of production experience.
  • Related experience in warehouse, construction, or auto mechanics is acceptable.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
