Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator


Position Overview:

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing receiving activities, tracking inventory and purchase orders, coordinating deliveries to active jobsites, and working closely with vendors, dispatchers, and field teams to keep operations running smoothly.


This position is ideal for someone with warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where their contributions make a direct impact.

  • Monday-Friday
  • Location: Doraville, GA (Onsite)

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily receiving activities and warehouse workflows
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
  • Track and manage open and closed purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate parts and equipment deliveries to active jobsites
  • Work closely with vendors to process warranty claims, returns, and replacement equipment
  • Partner with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and field teams to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Monitor pending orders and proactively address potential delays or logistical issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory and operational records
  • Escalate inventory, shipping, or operational concerns to management as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and warehouse standards
  • Support additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with vendors, dispatchers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred, but not required
