PrideStaff is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Warehouse Coordinator on behalf of a leading international supplier and manufacturer of specialized scientific equipment!
In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site warehouse resource, managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and domestic/international shipping logistics for specialized technical equipment. This is an ideal opportunity for a reliable logistics professional who thrives working independently, enjoys taking full ownership of shipping and receiving, and is eager to grow alongside an expanding global business.


Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $50,000K-$60,000K


Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain precise inventory counts for equipment and spare parts, and ensure an organized facility.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate all incoming and outgoing domestic/international shipments, including courier bookings (FedEx, UPS, DHL), packing, customs documentation, and tracking.
  • Equipment & Asset Prep: Stage, package, and handle technical equipment, trade show assets, and marketing materials to ensure safe and timely transport.
  • Process Improvement: Track monthly freight and inventory metrics, working with local and overseas teams to streamline shipping workflows.
  • Operational & Service Support: Provide basic administrative support for service contracts, equipment repair ticket tracking, and internal sales requests as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
  • Proven ability to manage daily tasks autonomously with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with courier booking systems, tracking software, and basic international shipping/customs documentation.
  • verbal/written communication and proficiency with MS Office and inventory management databases.
